Q.) Where do you ship? Our warehouse is located in USA and we only ship within USA at the moment. We are actively seeking warehousing internationally to serve our customers better.
Q.) How much is shipping? Orders under $150 = $5.95 shipping fee.
Orders over $150 = FREE shipping.
Q.) How long does shipping take? Standard shipping time estimated delivery: 3-4 business days.
Q.) How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
You will received a second e-mail once your order has shipped (24-48hrs), which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact contact us.
Refund & Return Policy
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
If you want to return your items, Please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to you about detail of return, including address and refund.
We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or defective quality).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
