We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns

We accept return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or defective quality).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Are balloons included?
No, Balloons are not included in our mosaic number frame pre-cut kit.
How many balloons do you need to complete a mosaic?
At-least 30 to 50 balloons for one mosaic balloon frame.
What size of balloon should I use?
We recommend using a combination of 5" & 12" latex balloons. Creativity is endless, you can add latex/foil balloons, paper flowers or push up light to create marquee numbers.
Does the mosaic frame stand on their own?
While some mosaics come with a flat base others do not. We recommend leaning them up against something.
Do I need to assemble the mosaic frame?
The mosaics do not come fully assembled. Each package includes base and side pieces needed to assemble your balloon mosaic.
What is the mosaic frame made out of?
Mosaic frame are made out of 100% firm Foam Board.
